OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our growing company is seeking an energetic, proactive, and hospitality-minded manager to lead daily operations at our taproom and pizzeria.
HOURS
This is a full-time position.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Manager shall lead operations of Autumn Arch Beer Project and adjoining business Archie’s Pizza. The ideal candidate is organized with a keen attention to detail, can effectively communicate with customers and employees, possesses a personal commitment to cleanliness and efficiency, and has a passion for hospitality. The Manager will be responsible for setting the cultural tone, driving high performance across our staff, maintaining financial discipline, and delivering a world-class experience to every guest.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a high-performing staff, including recruitment, hiring, training, development, and scheduling
Set the standard through exemplary attitude and consistent lead-by-example leadership
Develop, implement, and update procedures & training
Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows across two businesses
Act as a proactive problem-solver with a bias for action by independently identifying and removing operational roadblocks
Partner with ownership in annual planning, budgeting, developing revenue growth strategies, and executing those strategies to meet financial goals
Manage cash flow, inventory, and purchasing efficiency
Ensure successful execution of seasonal and special events
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with health & food safety rules and regulations
Uphold the company values and culture through all interactions with customers, suppliers, and staff
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of restaurant management experience
Demonstrated record of leading teams, resolving conflicts, and holding accountability
Demonstrated bias for action and problem-solving ability
Strong business acumen with experience in inventory management and operating with a budget
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with technology (Word, Excel, POS systems)
Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including some evenings and weekends

Base Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000 per year
