Thanks for considering Autumn Arch Beer Project for your event.  We have three options for reserving the space. Check out the following details and FAQs, and then reach out to us to book a date.

SMALL GROUP TABLE RESERVATION

We can almost always accommodate groups of 20 or less during our normal open hours.

Simply send a message to events@autumnarch.com with the date, time, and number of people and we will have the table(s) ready for you.

LARGE GROUP TABLE RESERVATION

• For groups of 21 to 50 people during our normal open hours

• Brewery open to the public

• Easiest way to reserve space for large groups

• Examples: Company happy hours, birthday gatherings, reunions, casual welcome parties, and retirement celebrations typically use this option

• $75 reservation fee

FULL BREWERY RESERVATION

• Entire brewery usable by your group for up to 4 hours

• Brewery closed to the public

• Indoor capacity up to 120 people

• Available for Monday and Tuesday all day, Wednesday and Thursday 8am-3pm, Saturday 8am-12pm

• Examples: Company gatherings, celebrations, showers

• $550 reservation fee

GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS

We have established this compendium of guidelines and requirements to help make your event at Autumn Arch Beer Project smooth and successful. Please send any questions to events@autumnarch.com

DEPOSITS
For Full Brewery Reservations, a $150 deposit is due at the time of booking and full payment is required 30 days prior to the event date.

For Large Group Table Reservations (21-50 people), the reservation fee is due at the time of booking.

SET UP

Hosts, organizers, caterers, musicians may arrive 30 minutes before the event start time to set up (unless other arrangements have been made).

The following decorations are prohibited: balloons, party poppers, confetti, sparklers, candles, and glitter.

CLEAN UP

All decorations, chafing dishes, flowers, food, and rented party decorations must be removed from premises after the event ends. The Autumn Arch staff can assist in disposing of items in our standard waste stream.

FOOD

We have a pizzeria next door to the brewery that can order from up to two weeks in advance, and they will have it ready for your group at the specified time.

Additionally, you are welcome to bring in catering.  We have had good experiences with the following companies:

• Cafe Gelato, Newark DE

• Bachetti Brothers, Wilmington DE

• Moe's Southwest Grill, Bear DE

• Dickey's Barbecue Pit, Newark DE

Potluck style meals are also acceptable; however, we do not have electrical outlets available for slow-cookers.

The staff will set up tables for your food/catering before the event begins.

BEVERAGES

We typically offer 10 to 14 beers on draft, a variety of wines, cider, and NA beer. Non-alcoholic sodas and water are also available.

No outside beverages are permitted on premises.

If you have a special interest in a certain wine or ready-to-drink cocktail, we can request that from our local liquor distributor.

MUSIC

We have a music system and subscribe to a commercial Pandora service.  The staff can play any station you prefer. 

We do not have a microphone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits and event fees are fully refundable over 30 days from the reservation date. Deposits and event fees are non-refundable 30 days or less from the reservation. This enables us to maintain a fair and predictable schedule for our staff.

FAQS

Can I have my wedding at Autumn Arch?
We do not rent the space for weddings or wedding receptions. Those are really special occasions, and they demand a level of staff support that we are simply unable to provide.

Can the outdoor seating be reserved?
Yes! But it’s advisable to reserve inside and make a decision to move outside if the sunshine and breeze meet your expectations.

Can I bring a musician to my event?
Yes, but let’s discuss before booking.

Does the reservation fee include beer?
No alcohol is included in the reservation fee.

Do you have beverages other than awesome craft beer?
We carry a selection of wines, cider, and various sodas. We also make a rad non-alcoholic root beer.
