Some FAQs: What is a THC seltzer?
A carbonated drink with hemp-derived THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) which is the same compound found in marijuana and known to produce a buzzy euphoria. How does it taste?
Just like you’d expect a flavored seltzer water to taste. But definitely different than beer. Does it contain alcohol?

THC seltzers occupy a bit of gray area. The 2018 federal farm bill legalized the hemp industry and led to the creation of a market for these beverages. States are working through a litany of rule-making (including Delaware) to put boundaries on infused beverages, but it seems like the drinks are here for the longer term.
